Sales Manager – Printing / Graphics
McNeal Graphics Group (McNeal Graphics, PPI and Total Graphics) is seeking a Sales Manager to lead a team of 8, located in Memphis TN and Tupelo MS.
McNeal Graphics specializes in printing and promotional products, with both offset and digital printing equipment and a broad product line augmented by a wide range of trade suppliers. Printing and/or promotional products experience is a plus, but not a requirement. Our ideal candidate will share our management philosophy, which is that managers are enablers, not bosses. We’re looking for someone who will lead everyone to the next level, whether they’re already a solid performer or still an underachiever. (Yes, we have a couple of those.) We also seek to add 2-3 new salespeople to our team over the next 6-18 months, to take advantage of significant growth opportunities.
You will be expected to work closely with the sales team and with Senior Management. This is a very hands-on position! You will set both individual and organizational goals for the sales team, develop training/management plans to support those goals, and ensure that these plans are followed and that goals are met. You’ll also be expected to develop and maintain a limited number of key accounts (this will enhance your earnings opportunity!)
Your compensation package will consist of a salary plus incentives, with 6-figure earnings a very reasonable expectation.

Demonstrated success in sales and sales management roles. Knowledge of, and experience implementing, marketing strategies, tools, and plans is preferred.
